Return and Refund Policy

At Purete, we are committed to customer satisfaction and strive to provide a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Therefore, we offer a flexible return and refund policy under the following terms:

1. Return Policy

Customers may request to return a product within 14 days from the date of receipt.

  • The product must be in its original condition and unused.

  • The product must be returned with its original packaging and invoice.

2. Refund Policy

  • Once the return request is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Customers may request to exchange a product within 14 days from the date of receipt.

  • The product must be in its original condition and unused.

  • Exchanges can be made for an item of equal or higher value (with the customer paying the price difference if applicable).

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If a customer receives a damaged product or an item different from what was ordered, they must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • We will resend the correct product or offer a full replacement at no extra charge.
